Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport, an IHG Hotel

I’ve stayed here three times when just passing through Delhi. it’s close to the airport so you don’t have to worry about taxi drivers taking you somewhere you don’t want to go. Generally, the staff are awesome. very helpful and friendly.

The kindness and helpfulness of all the service staff. Extremely well looked after and excellent cleanliness, impeccable bed linen and towels. The security of the hotel is granted with guards and checks. Good service as well at the concierge desk to organize a city tour for shopping. Bravo to everyone!!! We were able to check in earlier, but the extra price was higher than expected (and no breakfast included). Anyhow we were so happy that we booked again there for last night before going back to Switzerland.

Our experience at the Holiday Inn New Delhi was excellent. The personnel of the hotel was very attentive to our requirements and questions. Breakfast was abundant and had different available food. It has great offer of Indian specialities and also more conventional breakfasts, such as pancakes, muesli or toasts. Particularly, the personnel in the restaurants and entrance of the hotel have been very hospitable. We took an organized trip to Agra by the travel agency of the hotel, and it was worthwhile. The driver and the tour guide provided were very professional and knowledgeable in their field. We had a great time and recommend it forward!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I must commend the exceptional service and outstanding staff especially Mayank and Simran at Front desk and the manager Gaurav. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The front desk team was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in process. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly made my experience memorable. I will definitely be returning and recommending your hotel to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The restaurant is five stars, the staff is five stars. But: the accessible room we asked for was in a smokers section and the air was disgusting (it felt like sleeping in a ashtray) , because the neighbours were smokers, the bathroom accessible but not really pleasant, so we asked to be moved in a « normal » room, my disabled partner could manage. Their staff moved us to the last floor in a very nice room, but since it is just under the roof you can hear the noise made by the ventilation machines all night « tacka tacka tacka ». So: it’s a great hotel, the rooms are very good, but avoid the last floor and the accessible room (unless they have another one in a non-smoker section). I will undoubtedly return there because this is a great hotel!
